 Package #1

 Selections of domestic cheeses, seasonal fruits and fresh vegetables served with a variety of crackers and dip. Hand passed sesame chicken skewers, scallops wrapped in bacon and mushroom caps stuffed with seafood stuffing

Display of imported and domestic cheeses, seasonal fruits, fresh berries and vegetables with crackers and dip. Hand passed portabella mushroom with asiago shavings on sourdough rounds, crab cakes with lemon chive aioli, tenderloin of beef with horseradish cream on herbed flat bread

 Package #3

 Wheels of imported Danish brie baked in pastry with raspberry sauce, red and green grapes and assorted crackers (3 lbs per 25 persons)

Hand passed crab cakes with lemon chive aioli, asparagus spears wrapped in phyllo with feta cheese, shrimp cocktail

Bruschetta Table – toasted sour dough baguettes, semolina batards, garlic bread sticks, warm artichoke-parmesan dip, roasted red pepper hummus, fresh salsa, pita chips, fresh marinated bocconcini, Genoa salami, soppressata salami, spicy capicola, Kalamata, queen and garlic stuffed olives

Station 1 - selections of domestic cheeses, seasonal fruits and fresh vegetables served with a variety of crackers and dip

 Station 2 - Scallops wrapped in bacon, Laura’s artichoke hearts, Sesame chicken skewers, Mediterranean flat bread, mushroom caps with seafood stuffing – 2 of each piece per person

Station 3 - Roast Turkey and Sirloin of Beef, carved tableside, silver dollar rolls, cranberry orange relish, horseradish cream and tangy Nunda mustard

Station 4- petite eclairs, mini cheesecakes with berry sauce, peach mousse profiteroles, peanut butter cup brownies, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffees, herbal teas

 Station 1 – display of domestic and imported cheeses, seasonal fruits, assorted berries and fresh vegetables with crackers and dip

Station #2 – crab cakes with lemon chive aioli, tenderloin of beef with horseradish cream on herbed flat bread, smoked trout and herbed cream cheese on toast points, asparagus spears wrapped in phyllo with feta cheese, portabella mushroom with asiago shavings our sourdough rounds – 2 of each piece per person

Station 3 – Roast Turkey and Prime Rib of Beef, carved tableside, silver dollar rolls, cranberry orange relish, horseradish cream and tangy Nunda mustard

 Station 4 - Staff Attended Salad Station - assorted fresh greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, julienne carrots and poppyseed dressing
