Selections of domestic cheeses, seasonal fruits and fresh vegetables served with a variety of crackers and dip. Hand passed sesame chicken skewers, scallops wrapped in bacon and mushroom caps stuffed with seafood stuffing

Display of imported and domestic cheeses, seasonal fruits, fresh berries and fresh vegetables with crackers and dip. Hand passed portabella mushroom with asiago shavings on sourdough rounds, crab cakes with lemon chive aioli, tenderloin of beef with horseradish cream on german pumpernickel triangles

Station 1 - selections of domestic cheeses, seasonal fruits and fresh vegetables served with a variety of crackers and dip
Station 2 - Scallops wrapped in bacon, Laura’s artichoke hearts, Sesame chicken skewers, Mediterranean flat bread, thai lettuce wraps – 2 of each piece per person
Station 3 - Roast Turkey and Sirloin of Beef, carved tableside, silver dollar rolls, cranberry orange relish, horseradish cream and tangy Nunda mustard
Station 4- Fudge brownies, Apple caramel squares, cherry strudel bars, sugar cookies, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffees, herbal teas
