a generous portion of sirloin, thinly sliced and served with a mushroom brown sauce

slow roasted and served with natural juices and fresh horseradish 

Sliced Beef Tenderloin $33 

tenderloin of beef sliced and served with a smoked pepper demi-glace 

Beef Wellington $35 

filet mignon topped with a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry, baked and served with Madeira wine sauce 

Chicken Florentine $24 

boneless breast of chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and fontina cheese, served fanned over champagne sauce 

Chicken Wellington $28 

boneless breast of chicken topped with a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry, baked and served with a Madeira wine sauce 

Chicken French $25 

boneless breast of chicken dredged in flour and egg, finished with lemon and white wine

Pork Tenderloin $25

sliced pork tenderloin with a fresh fruit chutney 

Salmon Fillet $29 

broiled salmon fillet topped with an orange tarragon beurre blanc

Spinach Torte $23 

fresh spinach, Swiss, cheddar and parmesan cheeses, shallots and herbs baked in a pastry crust and served on red pepper Mornay 

Cajun Tuna $30 

tuna steak dredged in cajun spices and pan-seared, baked and served with a black bean and corn salsa 

Shrimp Genesee $30 

jumbo shrimp stuffed with feta cheese, wrapped in bacon and served over fresh sauteed spinach 

The above dinner entrees are served with soup du jour or fresh fruit, garden salad, warm dinner rolls and butter and entree accompaniments. 

With a pre-order you may choose up to three entrees. Add $1.00 to above entree prices if two entrees are offered. Add $2.00 to above entree prices if three entrees are offered
